Nigerian Fish Roll is the deep-fried version of Nigerian Meat Pie with a fish filling.
It is so easy to make.

Ingredients for Nigerian Fish Rolls

The following ingredients will make 5 fish rolls.

The dough

  • 300g (10.5 oz) plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon yeast
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • Cold water
  • Vegetable Oil (for frying)

The filling

  • 1 tin of sardines
